- Develop and maintain manufacturing schedules based on customer delivery requirements while considering factory lead times and production constraints
- Monitor manufacturing progress and proactively address bottlenecks to ensure on-time execution and delivery commitments
- Assess manufacturing capacity, resource allocation, and capacity utilization while forecasting future demand requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Coordinate and align sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, quality, stores, commercial, and dispatch activities to support efficient production execution
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly planning reviews with stakeholders to ensure alignment on manufacturing priorities and dispatch plans
