What you'll do
- Lead and supervise Jr. Executives, Executives, and shop-floor operators to achieve production, quality, delivery, productivity, and EHS targets
- Prepare and execute quarterly, monthly, and daily production plans in line with customer requirements and business priorities
- Ensure effective deployment of manpower, machines, materials, tools, and other resources for smooth production operations
- Monitor shop-floor activities and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Foster a strong quality and safety culture by ensuring compliance with EHS standards and proactively addressing unsafe conditions and quality concerns
