This is your role. What part will you play? To excel in this role, a Busduct Assembly Supervisor needs a blend of technical, manufacturing, and leadership
What you'll do
- Be responsible for supervising end-to-end Busduct Assembly activities and ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely production as per the approved production plan
- Be responsible for overseeing the production process, preparing shift-wise production schedules, and ensuring Plan vs. Actual production targets are achieved
- Be responsible for workstation planning and effective allocation of manpower and resources in line with the production plan
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives and effectively communicate targets and priorities to the production team
- Ensure that all Busduct products and assemblies are manufactured in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, SOPs
