About the role
The Test Supervisor is responsible for leading Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards. The role involves supervising testing teams, maintaining EHS compliance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the timely delivery of testing operations.
What you'll do
- Supervise daily Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities
- Allocate work to testing engineers and monitor daily output
- Ensure compliance with EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA, and 5S standards
- Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
- Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during testing
