What you'll do
- Supervise daily Factory Routine Testing (FRT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Allocate work to testing engineers and monitor daily output
- Ensure compliance with EHS, PTW, WIS, HIRA, and 5S standards
- Conduct toolbox talks and promotes a strong safety culture
- Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during testing
