Program Manager R&D (Business Excellence)

About the role

§ Detailed Product Knowledge of LV Switchgear products, its function and application. (e.g. Contactors, Relays, Starters, ACB, MCB, Fuses, RCDs, DBs & relevant products.) § Knowledge of IS & IEC standards for electrical switchgear & mechanical assemblies e.g. IEC 60947, IEC 60898. § Budget: As a program manager, work with project managers to plan & monitor yearly budget of the department.

What you'll do

• Prepare inputs for years contracts (e.g. IDC, SLAs)
• Support in lab upgradation/investment with Test Lab in-charge as necessary w.r.t. product roadmap
• Support in internal & external ISO audit. (Documentation, processes)
• Support plant/dept on digitalization topics, including cybersecurity
• Manage team of Project Managers & Product Design Developers
