About the role
Act as the Quality Management (QM) lead for Products Business and Partner Management for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll do
- Maintain and improve QMS (ISO 9001)
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal and external audits
- Define process interactions, quality objectives, and improvement plans
- Drive risk management, change management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Monitor quality performance and prepare management reports/KPIs
