About the role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Professional with 10 to 12 years of experience in manufacturing environment with exposure to end-to-end quality management including manufacturing process, supplier, and customer quality. Educational Qualification. Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical engineering.
What you'll do
- Lead and ensure effectiveness of quality assurance processes across incoming, in-process, and final stages to achieve consistent product quality
- Drive First-Time-Right manufacturing through defect prevention, robust quality planning, and structured problem-solving
- Own and drive root cause analysis and CAPA effectiveness using structured methodologies such as 8D, RCA, 7 QC tools and DMAIC
- Deploy and drive process improvement initiatives using PFMEA, Kaizen, Lean practices, and Quality Circles to enhance process capability and reduce defects
- Act as the quality interface across Production, Engineering, SCM, SQM, and Project teams, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues
