What you'll do
- Develop and drive the quality strategy for the assigned business scope, aligning quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations
- Ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Lead strategic quality programs and monitor their effectiveness, enabling continuous improvement across projects, factories, suppliers, and business operations
- Act as a quality advisor to management and stakeholders, promoting quality culture, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance
- Develop and implement professional non-conformity (NC) management processes, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned programs
