About the role
We are seeking a Senior Pre Sales Engineer –Delivery Lead to support our global Smart Infrastructure business. This is a hybrid role that combines hands on BMS pre sales engineering with delivery leadership and stakeholder coordination.
What you'll do
- Perform preliminary and detailed pre sales engineering for Building Management Systems (BMS) tenders
- Analyse tender documents to identify HVAC equipment, field devices, and system scope
- Review sequences of operation and validate I/O summaries and technical specifications
- Generate RFIs, equipment summaries, data point schedules, and bills of materials (BOM)
- Perform sizing and selection of sensors, motorized control valves, dampers, actuators, meters, controllers, interfaces, and licenses
