About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Development Team Manager to lead our Active Integration R&D team in Pune. Your mission is to build and manage a high-performing team of engineers—including UI/UX & AI experts, Cloud Lead Developers, and Teamcenter specialists—to deliver the next generation of Siemens Xcelerator solutions.
What you'll do
- Personnel Management & Leadership: Partner closely with the Software Engineering Manager to supervise, hire, train, appraise, reward, motivate
- Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Act as the technical lead and mentor for junior engineers, offering high-level technical expertise, problem resolution
