What you'll do
- Ensure properly execution of maintenance projects and know the set of technical assets/equipment
- Responsible for achievement of project targets in agreed quality, maintenance volume/budget & timelines
- Provide Civil Engineering expertise to maintenance projects in India for Civil & Interiors (RCC or PEB structures for factory, utility building, Road & infrastructure
- Handle Local Real estate lifecycle maintenance projects & customer specific maintenance projects
- Develop long term maintenance plans & applications for maintenance investments
