About the role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Lead Functional Engineer – ServiceNow Asset Management to design, implement, and continuously improve Asset Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end asset lifecycle processes (request, procure, deploy, maintain, refresh, retire, dispose)
- Develop workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Ensure asset governance, compliance, audit readiness, and data quality
- Partner with Procurement, Finance/FinOps, and vendors to optimize software licensing, subscriptions, and asset costs
- Coordinate contract lifecycle activities, vendor relationships, and asset reporting
