About the role
We are looking for a Digital Technical Engineer – Global Asset Management to configure, implement, and support Asset Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on delivering hands-on technical solutions across Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, SaaS License Management, Contract Management, and integrations with Discovery and CMDB.
What you'll do
- Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow capabilities across the end-to-end Asset Management lifecycle, including request, procurement, deployment, maintenance
- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency
- Support the implementation and maintenance of integrations using Integration Hub, REST APIs, MID Server, Discovery, and CMDB
- Monitor and maintain asset data quality, governance, compliance, and audit readiness across the ServiceNow platform
- Support software licensing, SaaS subscription management, and asset lifecycle activities in collaboration with Procurement, Finance/FinOps, and vendor management teams
