About the role
To lead and drive strategic engagement with key developers and large real estate groups across India (around 30 key developers in luxury segment), ensuring specification, approval, and business growth of company solutions across residential, commercial & mixed used.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore & Hyderabad
- Build and strengthen relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and key stakeholders
- Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning
- Generate and manage business opportunities across waterproofing, admixtures, flooring, roofing, repair, building finishes, and related construction solutions
- Influence specifications at design stage and ensure conversion into business
