About the role
The position will be responsible for carrying out batch manufacturing, packaging, equipment cleaning, and preservation of mixers, packaging lines, and associated accessories. The role also includes preparing raw materials for batch manufacturing under supervision while ensuring compliance with established safety, quality, and operational standards.
What you'll do
- Operate batch manufacturing and packaging equipment in accordance with approved Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Batch card
- Operate automated production equipment through the Human Machine Interface (HMI) and monitor process parameters during production
- Prepare and verify the availability of raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and required tools before starting production
- Perform raw material charging, batch manufacturing, mixing, filtration, transfer, and packaging activities as per the production plan
- Monitor critical process parameters and immediately report any process deviations, equipment abnormalities, or quality concerns to the Shift In-charge/Supervisor
