About the role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring exceptional talent for Non Tech hiring (sales and support ) across the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
What you'll do
- Working and managing end-to-end non tech recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
