- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to identify customers finding real value
- Develop account-level advocacy plans that map priority customers to the right story, format, and moment
- Stand up and run a customer advisory board, giving our most engaged customers a real voice in product direction and go-to-market
- Bring customers and partners together, creating co-marketing moments, joint events, and shared stories that show the strength of the full ecosystem
