What you'll do
- Responsibility of creating the continuous improvement of culture by developing and implementation of Excellence / Lean / TPM program & other key business Initiatives…
- Drive Value Stream Map, 5S & Visual Management, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Setup changeover, Hoshin Kanri / X matrix creation, Loss Cost matrix
- Develop Training modules / training stations / reference material / documents for Business excellence / Lean / TPM initiatives (like JH, 5S, visualization, ECRS
- Develop Visuals and Kaizen reference for Autonomous Maintenance, 5S circles & facilitate circles for Horizontal Deployment of best kaizens for focused improvements
- Develop relevant MIS dashboards through Power BI, MS-Excel etc. and Process Data
