Digital experience is becoming increasingly important in how customers discover, engage with, and do business with SKF. As part of SKF's digital transformation journey, we are evolving the capabilities that enable customers, partners, investors, job seekers, and employees to interact with SKF in more seamless, consistent, and personalized ways.

What you'll do

• Lead the evolution of digital capabilities that enable global content creation, management, localization, and delivery at scale
• Explore and enable emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and data driven personalization, to improve efficiency, content effectiveness
• Define roadmaps and investment priorities that balance innovation, operational excellence, scalability, security, and long term business value
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, UX specialists, web developers, content teams
• Champion a customer centric and data driven approach to decision making, ensuring digital experiences are informed by insights, user behavior, and measurable outcomes
