What you'll do
- Run end-to-end payroll without breaking a sweat (or a formula)
- Make sure every number checks out earnings, deductions, reimbursements, variables
- Keep compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) in line and on time
- Work with HR, Finance, and vendors to gather inputs and close loops fast
- Handle audits, reconciliations, and reports like a pro
