If you have a gene to not get frizzled during key decisions of the organization and can take flawless decisions, the team is looking for you.
What you'll do
- Create and manage employee life cycle process related documents such as SOPs, FAQs to build amazing employee experience across the organization
- Responsible for monthly Payroll Analytics and other HR metrics reporting at the organization level
- Facilitate Audit related queries and follow-up on observations and closure
- Provide high touch support to team members by responding to questions quickly and with a friendly and helpful approach
- Own and manage end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) processes for new joiners, including initiation, tracking, discrepancy management, and timely closure
