About the role
The Project Coordinator cum Scholarship Facilitator will be responsible for the overall planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, documentation, and reporting of the PADHAYI Project while ensuring effective management of scholarship initiatives for deserving students. The role requires strong leadership, project management, stakeholder engagement, community mobilization, team supervision, and scholarship management skills.
What you'll do
- 1.Project Planning, Implementation & Coordination
- Lead end-to-end implementation of project activities in accordance with approved project objectives, timelines, budgets, and donor commitments
- Develop annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly implementation plans and monitor progress against targets
- Ensure timely and quality execution of all academic, community, and scholarship-related interventions
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, community learning centres, government departments, and partner organizations
