About the role
Implement and manage the CSR-funded scholarship project, actively engage with the girl scholars to support their educational journey and maintain regular and transparent communication with the donors to keep them informed and involved.
What you'll do
- Implement and coordinate the scholarship project for selected students as per the Project Implementation plan and the timeline
- Acts as liaison between faculty/staff, scholars to provide information and resources regarding scholarship activities and programme
- Regular mentoring and monitoring the progress of scholars
- Supports in planning and conducting training programme involving external trainers
- Identify companies for internship and placement for scholars. Create formal partnerships with companies to organize exposure visits, training, internship and placement
