What you'll do
- Manage the Recruitment Backoffice Process and coordination with TA team and HR Ops
- Knowledge on TALEO or any other Recruitment tool is preferable
- Manage the activities pertaining to Onboarding, Background Verification, Vendor payouts and management & Offer Management
- Generating MIS reports, analyze the report trends
- Perform first level quality check for all the deliverables and update the necessary tracker to record the quality of client deliverables
