Job Description – Senior Analyst, Asia Recruitment The incumbent will support APAC countries and act as a subject matter expert for recruitment operations, ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement. Manage end-to-end recruitment administration activities across APAC countries, ensuring adherence to defined service levels and recruitment policies.
What you'll do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment administration activities across APAC countries, ensuring adherence to defined service levels and recruitment policies
- Oversee job posting activities on the Taleo platform for both internal and external recruitment requirements
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling (Face-to-Face, Telephonic, Video Conference and Virtual Interviews) involving candidates, hiring managers, recruiters
- Generate and review employment contracts and hiring documentation in line with employee classification and local compliance requirements
