The role supports onshore business process owners by producing high‑quality, consistent process artefacts, while ensuring ownership, validation and final approval remain with the business.
What you'll do
- Document business processes using approved enterprise standards, templates and tooling
- Translate inputs from business workshops, artefacts and guidance into clear, accurate process documentation
- Maintain process artefacts in line with agreed naming conventions, structures and hierarchy
- Update and amend process documentation based on approved change requests
- Adherence to Standards and Quality Controls
