About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical PMO Analyst to support our Project Management Office and Delivery Governance function. This role will work closely with the PMO Manager, Delivery Leads, Engineering Managers, Talent Acquisition, and leadership teams to ensure effective governance, reporting, resource planning, and portfolio visibility across multiple projects and client engagements.
What you'll do
- Delivery Governance & Portfolio Reporting
- Maintain project, program, and portfolio-level dashboards and trackers
- Consolidate delivery updates from multiple project teams and stakeholders
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance reports for leadership reviews
- Track project milestones, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
