About the role
We are looking for Sales Admin - Order Processing to head a challenging position in SolarEdge Sales Operations team. The Sales Admin - Order Processing will be responsible for Solaredge customer order processing, from booking to customer delivery, including:
What you'll do
- Ensuring an appropriate order flow according to organizational policies
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, as it relates to customer orders and internal requests
- Troubleshooting in ordering processes and derivation of possibilities for enhancement
- Issue weekly reports, reflecting order statuses
