What you'll do
- Act as the primary support and process specialist for Ariba Guided Buying , Commerce Automation , P2O , SAP Business Network
- Configure, maintain, and support Guided Buying functionality including landing pages, tiles, forms, policies, buying channels, approval guidance, non-catalog buying
- Support catalog management activities including hosted catalogs, punchout catalogs, supplier content updates, catalog validation, commodity/category alignment
- Enable and support Commerce Automation and SAP Business Network transaction flows such as purchase orders, order confirmations, ship notices, receipt-related processes
- Investigate and resolve P2O and integration issues involving requisitions, purchase orders, approvals, supplier routing, failed messages, master data, catalog content
