What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end vendor management office (VMO) relationship model for assigned suppliers, including governance cadence, SLA attainment review, SLA credit validation
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by developing reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and governance insights that improve transparency
- Partner across IT, procurement, finance, sourcing, legal, and operational teams to resolve complex issues, support change adoption, influence decisions
