What you'll do
- ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management Ownership: Own and continuously improve ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management processes, data standards, workflows
- Technology Architecture Definition: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define current-state, target-state
- Establish architecture patterns, principles, and roadmaps that align with enterprise strategy and create an integrated, scalable technology landscape
- Technology Lifecycle Management: Conduct research, assess and evangelize new technologies where appropriate, and drive lifecycle management for implemented technologies
- Partner with business, product, platform, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations teams to guide modernization, standardization, consolidation, retirement
