What you'll do
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting processes such as job requisitions, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, offer management and Onboarding
- Strong experience resolving configuration and functional issues across recruiting and onboarding modules, as well as touchpoints with other modules
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to optimize recruiting workflows
- Ensure the integrity of data across modules by monitoring system performance, investigating discrepancies, and implementing solutions
- Document and track issues, solutions, and improvements to provide a knowledge base for future support
