What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end functional support for SAP S/4HANA across core business processes: OTC, ICO, STP, RTR, MDM, MAKE, MTO, PLAN, and LOG
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents impacting ERP operations (L2/L3 support), while guiding the team toward effective and sustainable solutions
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and address functional or technical issues to ensure business continuity
- Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests based on business impact and urgency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Basis, Security, Development, and other IT teams) to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution
