What you'll do
- Lead and manage development team, ensuring end-to-end delivery across multiple SAP releases
- Drive solution architecture and design for complex SAP implementations and integrations
- Oversee project planning, estimation, prioritization, and release management for SAP deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, security, BASIS, functional teams & external vendors
- Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth execution of projects
