What you'll do
- Act as a primary support resource for SAP Business Network SCC supplier collaboration topics, including supplier setup, enablement, testing, transaction support
- Support China supplier collaboration activities by coordinating with regional business teams, suppliers, procurement, planning, and IT stakeholders
- Investigate and resolve supplier-facing transaction issues related to purchase orders, confirmations, advanced ship notices, scheduling agreements, forecasts
- Coordinate end-to-end supplier testing cycles, capture defects, validate fixes, and confirm business readiness prior to go-live
- Partner with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Master Data, Integration, and IT support teams to align business requirements with system capabilities
