About the role
The Voice Engineer will be responsible for maintaining Voice infrastructure including SBC and Broadworks systems across our data centers. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in a like role B.S. and/or related field a plus. Compliance and Vulnerability Management experience.
What you'll do
- Responsible for maintaining Voice infrastructure including SBC and Broadworks systems across our data centers
- Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all network resources, key processes, reviewing logs and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
- Interact with various inter and intra departmental peer groups to cooperatively achieve best results in all assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal or external customers, in written and oral format
