● Conduct accurate and comprehensive eye examinations as per 14 Step SOP. Ensure correct refraction, prescription and documentation. Explain prescription findings clearly to customers. Identify and appropriately refer customers requiring further clinical evaluation. Maintain accuracy and consistency in eye-test procedures.
