What you'll do
- Should take care of entire Plant HR/IR .HR/IR/Welfare/CSR/Admin/Canteen etc functions Reports to this position
- Manpower planning/budget planning/employee engagement/drive corporate /CSR / Canteen/working committees
- Dealing with external stakeholders such as Government authorities, Leaders etc
- Should handle entire compliance/plant operations .Strong in understanding plant operations, production schemes/manpower studies
- Should Understand the Factory Culture, Productivity measurement and Workforce Optimization
