About the role
We are hiring for a senior leadership role with a reputed real estate developer in Pune. The position of Vice President – Projects is responsible for driving the end-to-end planning, construction, execution, and timely delivery of residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership to ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and defined quality standards.

- Project Planning & Strategy
- Prepare and manage project schedules aligned with key milestones
- Coordinate with Architectural, RCC, and MEP consultants for final drawings and BOQs
- Ensure accurate cost estimation and resource planning
- Participate in contractor evaluation and selection
