About the role
A leading real estate developer is seeking a highly experienced VP – Architecture & Sanctioning to oversee design management and statutory approvals for residential and commercial projects. The role requires strong command over regulatory frameworks, project sanctioning, and cross-functional coordination.
What you'll do
- A. Statutory Approvals & Sanctioning
- Drive end-to-end approval processes with authorities such as PMC, PCMC, MIDC, MOEF, Fire, Airport Authority, etc
- Ensure timely acquisition of pre-construction and post-construction NOCs as per project schedules
- Coordinate submissions with town planners, legal teams, architects, and consultants
- Maintain dashboards for approval progress, validity, and renewals
