About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Physics Teacher to join our IGCSE team. The successful candidate will inspire and educate students in the field of physics, fostering a deep understanding of scientific principles and inquiry-based learning. Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards for secondary-level physics education.
What you'll do
- Develop and deliver comprehensive and engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards for secondary-level physics education
- Teach fundamental concepts of physics, including mechanics, thermodynamics, electromagnetism, optics, and modern physics, among others
- Assess student learning and progress through formative and summative assessments, including quizzes, tests, laboratory reports, projects, and presentations
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns related to physics education
