This role supports Director in design and automation of processes and tools for a leaner, faster and more agile function.
What you'll do
- Maintain constructive and effective relationships with Technology Heads of Compliance and Business
- Maintain independence, deliver timely responses, and timely escalation of risks and issues in projects where they feel risk management tolerance of the firm are exceeded
- Collaborate with Change Management & Technology to deliver the Trade Surveillance priorities
- Assess, analyse, and interpret outputs from MARA assessments and provide oversight and challenge with scenario design and calibration
- Partner with Surv. Data & Optimisation team; interpreting and following up on implementation of projects and where required liaise with Front Office, Change, Technology
