What you'll do
- Support the PU adoption, and strategic process ownership to enable process improvement and transformation
- Work with Process Element Owners and Process Universe Champions to operationalise the roles, and build the community
- Support the implementation of the PU pan-bank, and supporting governance
- Support the implementation and maintain governance to manage on ongoing basis
- Champion and act as a role model of the Group’s values and culture
