About the role
Treasury works closely with senior management, businesses, Country CEOs and CFOs, and Finance to manage and promote the Bank's liquidity, capital and balance sheet position, balancing the supply and demand of liquidity and capital to create sustainable value. Treasury Capital manages and optimises the firm's capital, balance sheet and structural liquidity, supporting resilience, regulatory compliance and efficient deployment of capital.
What you'll do
- Keep up to date with the Group's business strategy and ensure the capital frameworks are aligned to it
- Develop an agile operating rhythm to adapt processes to evolving strategic themes
- Identify, prioritise and execute capital optimisation initiatives
- Support strategic balance sheet and capital decision-making through high-quality analysis
- Own change management for capital-related regulatory and policy changes
