The role holder will partner with Process Excellence team, Global Process Owners, Technology, and external vendor to define, operate, and evolve the ARIS platform in line with business priorities.

What you'll do

• Define and own the ARIS tooling strategy and roadmap, aligned to the Process Universe and Process Excellence objectives
• Identify, prioritise, and deliver tool enhancements, including AI‑enabled capabilities, dashboards, and analytics
• Translate business needs into practical tooling solutions, balancing ambition with operational and risk constraints
• Drive increased active usage and adoption across businesses and functions
• Partner with Process Universe roles, and communities of practice to embed ARIS into BAU ways of working
