What you'll do
- Drive profitable growth by acquiring, developing and servicing long-term relationships with HNW clients
- Accountable for the performance of individual’s and the cluster’s client book
- Develop and implement the business/sales plans for the cluster, including individual’s own book
- Deliver NNM, AUM, and revenue growth targets and key operating metrics for the cluster (such as tail accounts management, client acquisition, client satisfaction
- Generate healthy pipeline of target market prospects and convert them into clients
