About the role

As the Head of Client Confirmations Technology, you will lead a global team responsible for the comprehensive Client Confirmations technology landscape. This critical role encompasses oversight of end-to-end client documentation and confirmation capabilities that support post-trade risk mitigation, enhance client servicing, ensure regulatory obligations are met, and drive operational excellence across diverse asset classes.

What you'll do

• The role holder leads others and is accountable for strategic direction, delivery outcomes, financial and technology risk management
• End-to-end capability ownership: Own termsheet, confirmation, affirmation and matching
• Platform ownership and client outcomes: Accountable for client experience outcomes relating to confirmation timeliness, service quality
• Documentation quality and controls: Strengthen template governance, legal-term accuracy, product and client-data validation, version control, entitlements
• Portfolio and financial governance: Own investment prioritisation, workforce and vendor planning, run-and-change spend, platform health and executive reporting
