Head, Process Excellence Delivery

About the role

Lead and accelerate process transformation across CIB, WRB and Functions by deploying Process Excellence capabilities to improve client outcomes, operational effectiveness, efficiency, and risk & control. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver enterprise-wide transformation opportunities aligned to the Bank's ambition to standardise, simplify and digitise.

What you'll do

• Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide process transformation by leveraging Process Excellence capabilities to drive efficiency, effectiveness
• Define and execute process transformation roadmaps with Business and Function leaders
• Lead the deployment of Process Excellence capabilities including Process Universe, Process Reviews, Process Mining and Delivery services
• Drive process redesign, optimisation, automation and simplification opportunities across strategic initiatives
• Influence senior stakeholders to align on transformation priorities, desired outcomes and delivery plans
