Manager CCIB Reporting

About the role

The role converts financial data into clear, decision-relevant insights for senior management while strengthening forecasting, controls, stakeholder alignment, and reporting efficiency. Deliver accurate, timely, and commercially meaningful FP&A outputs, including CFO reports, MBR materials, balance sheet, RWA, and performance metrics.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of FP&A reporting, from requirements and data validation through analysis, review, and final submission
• Analyse movements in balance sheet, RWA, interest-rate metrics, and business performance; challenge inputs and explain underlying drivers and implications
• Provide analytical support for CFO reporting, MBR, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc senior-management requests
• Partner with Group FP&A, India Country Finance, South Asia FP&A, Business Finance, UK Solo, Regulatory Reporting, and Balance Sheet Management teams
• Maintain robust governance, documentation, internal controls, and risk-monitoring processes
